3. Payment and Refunds
All payments are to be made in advance and are non-refundable. No refunds shall be issued for project termination from the client’s end.
4. No Guarantee
SEOTWIX LLC does not guarantee specific ranking positions, app store rankings, or advertising results.
5. Limitation of Liability
SEOTWIX LLC shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, including dropped positions/ranks, website downtime, or lost traffic. We are not liable for any punitive damages or lost profits.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary access, information, and resources required to perform our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by SEOTWIX LLC is our property and is protected by international copyright laws.
9. Termination
SEOTWIX LLC reserves the right to terminate services at our discretion, with paid funds remaining non-refundable.

Website development will be executed as per agreed specifications. Project timelines are estimates and actual delivery dates may vary.
12. ASO & PPC Advertising
No guarantees are offered regarding app rankings or visibility. Ad spend for PPC is non-refundable and must be paid in advance.
13. Content Writing
Clients may request content revisions within 3 days of delivery.SEOTWIX LLC maintains the right to utilize and distribute the content unless otherwise agreed.
14. Audit Services
Audit recommendations are advisory; SEOTWIX LLC is not accountable for implementation or resultant issues.
15. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify SEOTWIX LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and subcontractors from all liabilities and fees arising from services provided.
